Marathon 3DL Technical Features:

Tough North TF™ taffeta/film bonded to both sides of 3DL matrix provide exceptional chafe, tear and UV resistance.
Supplementary UV protectant is redoubled in TF film and adhered to each individual fiber.
Fungicide added to TF taffeta/film retards mildew formation.
Marathon Yarn structure is comprised of specially coated standard modulus yarn for an ideal combination of light weight, low stretch and resistence to degradation from flex and UV exposure.
New 3DL "multi-phase" bonding technology ensures long term integrity or laminate while reducing bond-induced stress on internal fibers during flex (especially beneficial for furling headsails.
